Round 5. Wanted to take my 3rd RB and wanted upside. I took Breece Hall over Alex Mattison, thinking mattison might be fine but doesn’t have the star power as breece once he gets healthy. Did I fuck up?!

So I joined my works league that they started this year and it was so insane I feel like I have to share the results of our draft (10 team .5 ppr). Mind you half of the participants never have played fantasy, but still there’s a buy in for the league so you’d think they’d take it at least semi seriously but it makes sense.

Here are the notable reaches/takeaways from the draft:

-Aaron Rogers was selected 10th overall in the first round

-the 8th pick overall was DK metcalf

-Team 5 started off strong with saquon only to follow it up in round 2 with Daniel Jones, then GRAHAM GANO in round 3. You see where this is going… He went on to fill his roster with as many giants players as possible. (We’re in NY)

-Tampa bay DST was drafted in round 3 by team 10 to nicely pair with rogers.

-bijan fell to 18th over all… it goes on and on

There were countless more horrible picks, so much so that I don’t have the time to detail every one. After playing in some sharper leagues for a few years it was a shock to have a draft like this. Anyone have a similar experience ?

First time playing dynasty. Here’s what I got post draft and after some trades:

WR: Justin Jefferson, Amon-Ra, Tee Higgins, Brandon Aiyuk, Elijah Moore, Treylon Burks., Alec Pierce, DJ Chark, Michael Gallup, Rondale Moore, Josh Downs

TE: Mark Andrews, Chigoziem Okonkwo

K: Will Lutz

DEF: W. Commanders

Anyone I should move? Anyone I need to keep? Not sure if I should just let this roster sit or not.
