I didn't do it with glassware, but one time, I counted all ramekins at the beginning of the week, when I opened on Monday. I did this for a month before I posted my findings.
Then I made a simple fill in spreadsheet and laminated it. I used it as a dry erase. I showed how much we spent on ramekins in a month and how many we were loosing.
I didn't demand for anyone to pay back anything. When I first started this, we were buying about $300 in rams a month. I know guest steal them, but once I posted the findings, within 2 months, we were down to $100 lost.

Well, in my view, they have the best chance after Tesla. The world will get tired of Tesla soon and Lucid is the most qualified competitor.
They have outstanding technology and full vertical integration:
They make their own battery (from cells)
They wind their own motor which turns out to be about a third the size of Tesla's for the same power.
They should be able to sell their integrated motor assembly to others. Would make sense for the likes of Jaguar to buy rather than struggle to get 260 miles/charge with their primitive technology.
