This is a speculative question, but I was watching a science show that claimed stainless steel would eventually corrode away. I don’t really buy this based on how I see some things I own holding up despite rigorous use.
So hypothetically if our society collapses and everything gets buried, will stainless steel artifacts survive and for how long?
