On Wednesday at 10 a.m. ET, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in one of the most important cases to involve the sports industry. Two petitioners, the NCAA and the Big Ten Conference, will argue their consolidated side in the class action led by former West Virginia running back Shawne Alston over how schools compensate athletes.
