As the title says. My SL keeps gutting my preorders. I’ve asked him multiple time to look at preorders when we get strange titles with one copy because, most of the time, it’s mine. I'm very weird with my video games. I like to keep all of my games sealed and I usually wait a long while to unwrap them and play them.
Anyway, my SL continues to gut my games, and this last time was the last straw. I put my two weeks in. Honestly, I didn't have much of the issues that most employees have.
But after this time, I canceled all my preorders, 21 of them. I know it's kinda dumb to quit and cancel everything, but I'm livid.
Edit for those who don’t want to read: The 48 hour pickup time is irrelevant because the game hasn’t been released.
I recently heard that GameStop has fallen up to six months behind on its Billings, which may be why stores haven't been receiving necessary supplies, or even enough product to cover preorders. This was reported by Wedbush's Michael Pachter who has had a long history of reporting on GameStop.
Anyone else heard anything about this? It could really affect product levels if bills aren't being paid.
