Getting some actual direct sunlight in the morning is actually a really great routine to have. I take about 10min in the sun in the morning even if it’s cloudy. Meditating and working out in the mornings are nice too
The biggest thing for me though is just embrace the winter with activities. I live in MTL (moving back to TO soon) and I find people are happier in the winter here despite harsher weather. I go skating, indoor activities like dancing or climbing, focus more on personal projects and myself since that’s nearly impossible for me in summer, but still have cozy indoor hangs with friends atleast once a week
If it’s a work issue, learn to set boundaries and saying no to things if you’re getting too much on your plate. This isn’t easy and peoples circumstances are different. Work will never end if you let it and the one thing people regret in old age is working so hard instead of enjoying their life

Then the argument of enforcing such strict luggage limitations on the grounds that new trains have less space is moot imo if realistically we never reach that capacity. Or move some extra luggage to the bike racks when they’re not being used (I’m pretty sure you would know ahead of time if they’re being used since you have to pay extra for it)

I’m surprised Gyarados doesn’t have a fire mane yet since its back is its stock. Let’s give it Rapidash flame mane

I remember there was a thread asking about nice cafes in Scarborough and it’s when I realized how how we barely have any. I think investing in community hubs and designing better walkable neighbourhoods would result in some of these nicer things like cafes. I think some of the neighbourhoods in Portland is a great example of what Scarborough could be
This would mean making it more dense, reducing car dependency/lanes and investing in more transit. Those LRT lines would’ve put Scarborough so much more ahead if Transit City never got cancelled. No it wasn’t Rob Fords fault but he didn’t help either. Atleast he fought for the subway being built all the way to STC which is needed imo

You did nothing wrong OP. What the hell is wrong with some of these VIA rail bootlickers on this thread? The CSR weighing it all was clearly being overzealous if she was allowed to carry her packing cubes by hand. She already mentioned she was okay with paying extra for extra weight
I hate this victim blaming shit for something that’s not even supposed to be an issue on trains to begin with. It’s not a goddamn airline; weight limitations make no sense. Not to mention we should be pissed as Canadians when a crown corporation is nickel and diming you for going over the weight by the slightest breeze of fart.
Literally nowhere else on Earth has rules about baggage like this on trains except our sorry excuse for a train network. Employees are worried about their health and safety? Have a waiver that people are responsible for carrying their own luggage. Seems like a design flaw if newer trains are taking away cargo space. I’m lucky I haven’t been flagged yet but the day I do is the day I stop using VIA rail

What APIs did you use?
Edit: just read your previous post. Any other interesting things to note if I wanted to play around with the API or related APIs?

I think it’s dumb but we already do this with some Canada post locations. I see them at independent pharmacies or shoppers drug mart but atleast those are Canadian owned

Make sure you preheat your oven and don’t confuse your Celsius temperatures with Fahrenheit on your oven as a low F means an even lower C. Also get a meat thermometer. You can get them at dollarama assuming you’re Canadian
15min maybe enough for smaller chicken breasts but bigger ones may need more time
