I just finished setting up my new 3DS XL and I installed every mainline Pokemon from Red to White 2. I tried to install Pokemon Y via QR code in FBI but it failed halfway through. I don't think I'm tripping but I'm pretty sure it didn't delete the downloaded files because as far as I can tell, my block count is decreased.

Prior to COVID I was 26, 5'8, and 180 lbs. My diet was rather healthy. During COVID I started eating out more and drinking a lot of sugary drinks. The quality of my diet was a gradual decline from March 2020 - June 2022. My weight peaked at 222 lbs in 2022 when I was 29 but I started to drop and when I did my blood test in June 2022 I was 210 lbs.

The blood tests came back with the following flags below. All else was normal. I was actually surprised that my blood sugar levels were within range.

Alanine Aminotransferase, 150, <50 U/L (later revised to 98)

Cholesterol, 5.90, 2.00-4.59 mmol/L

LDL Cholesterol, 3.85, 1.50-3.00 mmol/L

HDL Cholesterol, 0.97 >0.99, mmol/L

Chol/HDL (Risk Ratio), 6.08, <4.9 mmol/L

Triglycerides, 2.38, <2.21 mmol/L

My doctor is not really the type to explain things in detail. IIRC he said I need to straighten out my diet, cut down on processed fatty foods, and exercise more. He also said it may be the result of Hepatitis. He requested a follow up with the lab, but he never followed up with me, so I think I'm ok?

I'm now 31 and 197 lbs. I'll be doing another blood test in a few weeks, but I was just wondering how bad my results were back then because I don't know what these terms and values really mean. I'll also be asking my doc about this but I just want some opinions here as well.

I was taking a pill and I accidentally knocked over the bottle and into the sink. 38 pills in total and about a 2/3 of them got wet.

I put the dry ones back in the bottle but the rest are sitting in the counter and I'm not sure what to do with them. Are they garbage now or still salvageable? All but 1 seems ok but some of the shells look deformed.

I'm looking to find an engineering internship and a few that stand out have job postings that were put up yesterday to within a week ago, but some have outdated start dates, and others don't have the same job posting on the company websites.

I've spent a considerable amount of time reading the wiki and watching many Youtube videos. I feel like this resume is leagues better than my old one.

Long story short, I started university in business, transferred to mechatronics engineering, took some time off during COVID, and came back to finish it. I currently work a non-engineering job that I opted to leave off my resume but kept the management role I had at Amazon. I am working on some personal projects that I could later add to my resume.

My main concern is whether or not my bullet points make sense.

I ended up getting 2 smooth PEI plates during the sale and both looked good upon opening. After I few prints I was going to wash my first plate and that's when I noticed it was scratched on the bottom side. Odd.

I thought maybe there is some residue on the heat bed causing scratches so I cleaned it, but my 2nd plate also god scratches on its underside too.

Any ideas?

I've been playing KSP on and off since 2013 and 90% of my launches go like this:

1. Launch into a circular orbit and Hoffman transfer to my destination's SOI. Then do a bunch of maneuvers to get into my desired orbit since I'm often in the wrong inclination coming in. This is typically how I do missions within a planetary systems like Kerbin-Mun-Minmus for example.

2. Launch straight out of Kerbin' SOI. Then burn into intercept. Then again do a bunch of maneuvers to get to my desired orbit. This is how I typically do Kerbin to interplanetary missions.

I want to learn more advanced techniques:

1. Is it possible/easy to launch from Kerbin and do a direct insertion into EVE's or Dina's atmosphere?

2. Free return trajectories.

3. Aldrin Cycler orbits.

4. Launch to rendezvous with an overhead station.

5. Are there any stable orbits that enter and exists the Mum's SOI?

6. If I put a station around the Mun in a similar fashion to the Lunar Gateway, what would be the most efficient way to reach it after launch from Kerbin?

I finished my last course last December and I'm currently on a self-directed co-op. I'll be done co-op in December but my graduation will be next June since there's no Spring graduation at my university.

I've heard horror stories about how difficult it is finding an engineering job in Vancouver. Half of my friends who have graduated engineering didn't get a job in engineering but rather management, software, or web dev. I know 2 guys with 4.0 GPAs and one went to the US for a co-op and the other couldn't find one here so he ended up doing a research with a professor for minimum wage.

I applied to 60 co-ops, got 2 interviews, no offers, so I opted to do a self-directed co-op. This works for me because my current job(unrelated to engineering) pays 63k so I don't have to give it up to do a low paying research co-op.

But I do feel like the lack of experience will make it harder to find an engineering job.

Also, a lot of engineering jobs in BC list that you must be eligible to apply as a EIT with APEGBC. Since technically I have not graduated yet I don't think I'm eligible, but people tell me I should apply anyways. Does this seem like a good idea?

The biggest QOL features of KSP2 are in the VAB. I lose using the view snapping feature so I can align my viewpoint. I often did this to make engine clusters but in KSP1 you can't really get directly below the ship.

I was wondering if there's a mod like this that lets you snap your view in the editor.

Also are there any mods for more radial alignments like 5 or 7?

Yesterday my friend's game crashed right off off zip on our first game. He was able to join back but it ruined the tempo of the match. 2nd game last circle I got kicked and my game always crashes when I get kicked, which also caused my PC to freeze so I had to full reboot my PC. This is something I always have to do when my game crashed.

Seriously, what's wrong with this game. This never used to happen in WZ1 and I'm not the only one having this issue. I bought MW2 on Steam, and apparently using the Steam version causes it to crash more. Switching to BattleNet dropped my rate of crashing/disconnecting from multiple times daily to almost once a day.

But still, it shouldn't be crashing daily, and not in a way that causes a full reboot. I know I'm not shadowbanned because I can always rejoin.

Also when you disconnect why does your character just instantly disappear (making your teammates spend money to get you back) in some occasions and in others you're a free kill in the gulag?

Disconnecting should make your character stop moving and stay there. If you die the game shouldn't match you in the gulag until you're back. It's just makes too much sense.

Specs: X1C, Orca Slicer, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, ironing set to 20mm/s and 20% flow, using recently dried Bambu ABS.

I've been experimenting with ironings settings all day today with inconsistent results. Despite doing calibration tests and choosing the best speed a flow, I can't seem to replicate the smoothness on actual parts.

I got a perfect surface with with 20mm/s speed and 20% flow. I then went to print a second identical part with the same filament and the surface is rough near the edges as you can see in the picture. Some particles in these rough areas I can scrap off with my finger.

Because I'm getting two different results with the same settings, I'm puzzled as to what could be causing this.

I'm in the market for 4 8" in-ceiling speakers for under $150USD each to complete me 7.2.4 setup. TBH I'm not entirely sure what makes a ceiling speaker good besides the ability to angle the drivers.

A local store has Klipsch CS-18-C for $75CAD or $55USD each.

Theres Monoprice Alphas for $100-150USD a pair so $50-75 each. The latter has 15 degree angled drivers.

RSL has the C34E MKII for $150 each, which can also angled 15 degrees.

Sonance has the MAG8R on "sale" $250 a pair or $125 each. I think these are discounted because I can't find them in Canada but they are available in the US for now. The MAG8R can angle the driver and tweeter.

Other than that I'm open to anything in this price range.
