Cevape with onions, kajmak (cream) and ajvar (spread). I had the bread in the pan to soak up some oil, and also pour some over and inside it

Where to buy ajvar in Lansing?

I’ve been craving ajvar, and I don’t know where to find it. Someone told me they sell it at the World Market, but I went and asked and they didn’t have it. All the Eastern European stores that Google suggests are a bit of a drive for me. I’m honestly thinking of just making it at home at this point, but if someone know where they sell this, I would be forever grateful. Happy Saturday!

Makedonski ajvar

Hey guys,

Recently a friend of ours from Makedonija gave us a jar of ajvar which his father made. The paprika inside was on a whole other level, it was better than eating stake.

Can you tell me which type of paprika you tipically use? Where can you buy the seeds?
