where can i find prom dresses that r still affordable but also elegant enough?? should i rent or buy if i'm not the type to go out? even so how does dress rental work lol

i don't feel like putting so much into budget when prom is in school but let's say hypothetically my max budget lies within $50-$100 (because unlike the other guy i'm broke af😭😭😭) but if u have any recommendations that exceed feel free to also drop also (in case i change my mind😅😅😅)

Taylor Swift (Repost)

I do not mean to offend anyone in advance, just genuinely curious. What are your perspective in Taylor Swift concerts? I witness the darkside of humanity whereby people resort to scalping and scamming the Swifties 😕😕. But also why are people willing to spend so much on Taylor Swift concert? I like her songs and she is a good singer but i would not spend that much for concert at all.( it costs $300 to $1200 omg thats like my pocket money for 1 to 4 months 😭😭😭) People would literally queue two days in advance for her tickets at singpost too. I always thought Singaporeans hated queueing. I only do know of youths, not so much for adults, who are mad fanatics of her, and they splurge so much on her concerts (vip tickets). Is the whole concert really worth it? i really think celebrities care more about money they earn per concert rather than genuinely performing for their fans 😔 . Also i would like to sincerely apologise should i upset anyones feelings, i am just sharing my honest thoughts and opinions and i would like to seek yours too respectfully!‼️😬😊

RI vs NJC vs TJC vs ASRJC?

So recently I've applied for dsa and have gone for interviews for these schools and because TJC has sent me an offer, and I have to decide by 18 july, plus I have attended the NJC and ASRJC interview very recently I don't know when they're gonna get back to me. I went for interview at RI and am waiting for an offer email.
Concerns i have about each school (and other thoughts):
RI: elitism, making friends, workload and whether they really invest into shooting (my cca). Closer than TJC and NJC
NJC: similar to RI in the sense that it felt very cold and quiet when i walked in. Seems to be very straight-laced, maybe even dull. Also not sure how much they invest into shooting. Getting to the school also seems like a problem if you're late because there is only 1 lane. Probably didn't like the vibes of this school the most when I went in for the interview.
TJC: not much. 2nd furthest from my house I think but not a problem. Very much more warm and homely compared to RI and NJC which was very imposing once I walked in. However I think the shooting range is quite small but also not sure if this will be a problem. +It has been the top value-adding sch for past 4 years I think. Wondering how much I should consider this?
ASRJC: first JC I looked to bc their shooting history seems to be the most decorated. However my main concern is obviously grades as looking at ranking this is the lowest jc. But it is where my passion is and it is closer to my house, and overall seems to also have a warm and welcoming vibe.
I haven't attended any open houses of these schools so first impressions are purely off of going to the school for an interview.
Help me?

annoying classmate

basically i have this classmate who is eurasian/malay and she keeps making racist comments about chinese people and how they’re all racist. but she’s the one who is being racist?? and she addresses people by the c slur and says that it’s okay for her to say it since she’s “the minority”. whenever i try to bring up the fact that she isn’t allowed to say that sort of stuff she would rebut with “but i can say anything because IM THE MINORITY”. i don’t think that her being the minority excuses her behaviour at all but idk how to tell her. she’s been like this for a few months and idk how this even started she wasn’t like this last year. she keeeeps talking about how everyone here is racist and i have the urge to tell her to just gtfo if you really hate this country sm! her entire personality revolves around her being racist and ITS ANNOYING ASF! i’m not very close to her so idk if it’s right for me to bring this up though. but from what i hear in class everyday (i sit in front of her) she really needs to shut up
