I (F14) have been dealing with my brother (M15) hurting and cussing out my dog

My brother started to hate my dog back in I believe 2018, he was all nice with him before then, but them I guess puberty hit and he started to hate him. It got worse and worse as time went on, especially bad after in 2019 we got my second dog lily. He loves lily to bits but if she causes him any trouble like she trashes his desk setup or he has to do something for her he will even kick her.

He has Asperger’s autism, so nothing seriously affecting him by then eye. I’ve been dealing with him being especially bad as a brother and animal owner since 2019, when he became physically and mentally abusive and it really started to show. He i have delt with him being racist and homophobic for years (it’s gotten especially bad since 2020), but now he just can’t stop hurting my first dog, benji… I’m the only one in my family who really cares for benji, and recently in the past few years he’s gotten so abusive to my dog it’s scaring me. My dog just 15 minutes prior to writing this now, stole a cheese stick from the couch (wasn’t his or anyone’s), and he scared my dog behind the couch tried to punch him, kick him and acted absolutely psychotic after he stole it. I wanna call the authorities, but I don’t know what they would do, I think he need juvie since therapy never worked. But I don’t wanna lose this dog, I’ve had him since i was 4, my little sister grew up with him, she loves the dogs too.. but my brother has gotten so bad, that he even wishes death upon me, and my animals. Any of the ones I have. And anything I do bothers him.

If anyone can give me an option that would teach my brother a lesson and not get my dog taken away please do tell me..
