I financially support my younger brother due to an accident he had last year. I've been pretty generous with him too, including replacing his tools, and a host of other things. For the last few months he's been pushing his brand of christianity. I've repeatedly asked him not to discuss religion with me because I knew he'd take offense at my responses. Last week he just wouldn't stop and I responded with "your god is a fairy tale". Now he's refusing all contact with me (but still expecting his monthly check). I've just had enough. When those checks stop coming, I wonder if he'll connect the dots about the fact that this was his fault. That his views of religion cut off his only means of support.

Why do christians expect you to honor their beliefs when they don't honor anyone elses?

Edit: I've since told him that I would continue to support him if he'd show me the same respect that he expects. His response was that god told him it was his mission to "save" me. FFS!
