Halo without Bungie is terrible just like gears without cliff blezinski is terrible.

Them becoming a discount PC is the best move they've made in like a decade. I migrated to PC years ago and haven't touched either of their exclusives because PC has soooo much more to offer. Now Xbox can still cash in on their exclusives even if people aren't buying their consoles. PlayStation is starting to do the same with TLOU, God of war, and horizon zero dawn. But then making everyone wait two years to play those titles on PC makes it far less effective. Consoles are literally always sold at a loss to get people to play their games. That's not necessary to the degree it was in the past anymore.
