As If History Matters

Hey guys 👋
I am so glad that this huge community of fellow economic history enthusiasts exists! It's an absolute delight to know that I'm not alone in my very specific passion🤓
Let me share a bit about myself—I've decided to embark on a new adventure, leaving behind a long career in the tech industry. My mission is to explore and deliver fascinating economic events from history in an engaging, and entertaining manner. The content will always be professional and educational BUT(!) no more boring history\economic lessons, I promise 😜
So far I created 10 captivating videos that are ready to roll, covering economic events spanning thousands of years. We'll journey from the ancient Silk Road, travel through the centuries, and delve into intriguing stories such as the tulip mania bubble in the 17th century and even the Enron scandal, which unfolded just 20 years ago. It's a whirlwind tour through time and economics 🕰️ 📊
Before the youtube channel's official launch, I'll be sharing short voiceover teasers to give you a taste of what's to come. So stay tuned for those snippets While I'm wrapping up some last things.
But here's the thing: to maintain the momentum and provide you with regular content twice a week, I'll need your support🙏 Please follow me here and on Twitter, share the news with your friends, and of course, subscribe to the channel once it's on air🚀
This is not just another channel—it's a space where we can come together to explore the captivating world of economic history. Your involvement, ideas, fact corrections, and anything else on your mind are highly encouraged.
Get ready for an exciting journey through time, where we'll uncover hidden gems, challenge our perspectives, laugh, and have a blast along the way!
Thank you so much for reading! I can't wait to upload the first video!📽️
