Things could be a whole lot different right now. We could be looking at JB forcing a sign and trade for lesser pieces. Which could lead to Tatum not wanting to stick around next year. Instead of questioning whether JB is worth the max lets instead be grateful that we get to keep rooting for a team that has 2 all nba players. Especially considering how guys view Boston. People dont appreciate how lucky we are that JB and Tatum want to be here.

Also lets stop seeing JB as a pawn to get a different piece. He chose to be here. Appreciate that. Without him doing that those other options are not even available. And to anyone who says well he got the extra money lets not overlook there has to be a desire to also want to be in Boston. Hes not going to want to be miserable.

To those blaming JB for the bad series lets remember if Tatum played better in the finals past year JB could had won mvp. Tatum was the one who didnt pull his weight last year. JB earned a pass on the bad series this year with how good he was last playoffs.
