about 8 months ago i made a theory about why celestia might be above fontaine, of all nations. here is the theory
the summary is: in one of the 2.8 limited events, there was an npc who told us about a group in fontaine called the daydream club. basically it's a research organization, and some of the members are working on creating a spaceship that can carry people high enough to touch the stars of teyvat. obviously, this is a problem because celestia doesn't want anyone to find out about the "fake sky".
in more recent terms, in a 3.6 event- which may I say just COINCIDENTALLY happened to feature another person from fontaine- introduced something that might be related to my theory. this is azosite: the primary form of energy used by the khaenriahns.
the connection is: the npc from the 2.8 event specifically mentioned that one of the main barriers for the spaceship project was quote, "searching for the right fuel". azosite, which is said to be convenient, stable, and safe, MUST have something to do with the spaceship project. maybe azosite could be the fuel they end up using?? idk, just an observation i made since it seems like fontaine is just fated to be another khaenriah atp
