I think people my age were some of the last to experience that. I was born in ‘99 and my childhood was basically the same. Didn’t come back home until dark and spent the day exploring and finding silly things to do. No phones, social media was only accessed via computer and wasn’t toxic like it is today. I feel bad for kids nowadays.
