What are the simple, everyday actions that you've noticed actors doing in a totally unconvincing way again and again?

Here are two big ones I keep thinking about:

1. Playing video games—actors pretending to play video games always seem to try mashing one or two buttons on a controller frantically while not using the analog stick or D-pad AT ALL without ever deviating from that. What game would work that way?

2. Pretending a coffee cup is full—maybe this is more the fault of the prop master, but it instantly takes me out of the story when an actor is waving around a coffee cup with a lid on it or "sips" from it in a way that shows it has no weight, no contents.

Can you think of any other examples that irritate you?
