Im on a roughly 1000cal daily deficit. i started with walking, then hiking, then trail running. couldn't even get a single lap on the track at first and worked up to a 10 mile mountain hike yesterday. goal weight is about 185-195.
I only weigh myself monthly to avoid seeing temporary plateaus and the inevitable anxiety that comes along with the "what if a weight the same as last week" thoughts.
