  1. AG, Easyfun, Danny, Kane West, Umru - They are all busy now, which seems to be the goal that PC music existed to achieve - good for them

  2. It's kinda wierd that Namasenda quit like a few weeks before the collective disbandment. Was it drama? or did she know what was cooking (hehe) and didn't want to have a half a year of stagnation in PCmusic? Why the shade?

  3. first GFOTY, later Namasenda, with a few hints of shade from miss HD, AG seemd too busy to run a label for most of its existence, I remember also a few rumoured projects like new Thy Slaughter content (AG hinted at it at the popheads AMA 3 yrs ago) that didn't end up released yet. I think the struggle to finish projects might have finally caught up

  4. I remember when everyone here bet on PCM to disband before AG announced 7g. It was after a period of relative emptiness, but after that the label seemed to gain a boost and signed on new people. It didn't seem back then like they would wrap up 2-3 yrs later.

  5. I can't help but worry for the future of the genre, previous instances of mainstream artists artists working with PCM affiliated producers resulted in a few songs that barely made it to release (Beyonce, Madonna, CRJ) or weren't released entirely (Rihanna, Gaga). Even when they release it doesn't carry the distinctive style of in-house releases (ex. All up in your mind by Bey).

  6. Charli seemed to sacrifice the PC music edge with Crash for her claim to become a Bebe-Rexha-list celebrity. This resulted in an album so good she had to argue over it with her fans on twitter. All of this with marketing it as a sellout era, "They don't build statues of critics" etc. PC music was never ironic but Crash was and I'd hate to see this genre go in this direction

You were the end, the beginning

The one I found myself wishing wouldn't fade away

You were the light in the darkness

You made me laugh and cry harder than I can explain
