If You Have Any Type Of Fear, Read This

Practice

Most people here have fears, they think its ok to live with it , but don't you realize that fear is a Mind Challenge, its a test if you pass it you gain strength and peace of mind

If you feel stuck in life or just bored start facing your fears, you will feel super good afterward, i promise you that, and your Path in life will be easier

You are literally walking with opportunity to change yourself as a person

Embrace the fear, go through it, the other side of Fear is realization that you are Always in control and not the Fear ,

the more you Practice it the easier it gets, the first step is the most important one, a Ripple Effect that will Change your life

Practice

A life changing practice I have recently been observing is truly believing that everyone around me is another version of me; they are going through life just as I am, with the same pains, joys, loves, losses, everything.

When I talk to others, I aim to look into them with eye contact - some will find this deeply uncomfortable and will look away, others will initiate it on the street and give you a look of knowing that is tremendously powerful. Children do this all the time, because in my hypothesis, they already know the Truth.

When I ask someone 'how are you doing?' I have been truly meaning it, instead of the passing "how's it going?" that everyone seems to ask as a social convention.

The weirdest stuff has started to happen in this practice: people come up to me and strike up conversation like never before, I have been having depth of conversation with people I never thought I would - people will share plenty if we just listen.

Wherever you go - there you are. I find solace in knowing that I am never alone, I'm all around me, just waiting for me to say 'hello'.

I've spent some time on this subreddit and I've noticed something interesting. A lot of us here are very drawn to concepts that will improve our lives, make us feel better, elevate us - concepts like ascension, manifestation, astral projection, psychedelics, meditation, breath work etc etc - and rightly so. These ideas are fascinating and have great transformative power.

But I’ve noticed a lot of resistance when it comes to discussing the nature of our true self or the illusionary aspect of ego. It's understandable, as these topics threaten our sense of identity and shake the foundation we've built our lives upon.

But isn't this what the ‘awakened’ subreddit is all about? Stepping into the unknown, questioning our long-held beliefs, looking beyond the comfortable narratives?

Let’s consider ego - It’s often talked about as a tangible entity, something we could potentially ‘kill’. But is ego as solid as we think? What if it’s more of a fluid motion - a stream of thoughts, beliefs, and experiences that we identify as 'me'?

What about thoughts, concepts and ideas? How can we be so sure that these have an inherent meaning or value? Of course it is threatening to question this, but again - isn’t that why we’re here?

Recognizing these things doesn't invalidate our experiences or our journey, it opens us up to a deeper level of understanding and freedom. We can engage with life more authentically because we're not confined by a rigid self-identity.

Spirituality isn’t necessarily about finding answers, feeling better, or improving our situation (although these are great side effects!). Don’t you want to know, at the deepest level, beyond mind, who you truly are?

This is not to talk about any specific conspiracy or what not, but a general sense of how awakening is not only uncovering our spiritual responsibility and power over our own suffering but on the societal scale realizing where we are at in this spiritual era.

I just wanted someone to talk to

My Journey

Six years into this journey. I've been getting signs for many months that my 'season of isolation' is coming to an end.

God recently showed me someone who, it seemed, I would be able to talk to openly and directly. I was ecstatic. I've been waiting years to find a friend that I could speak with on this level. For a variety of reasons, it took courage to reach out to this person to see if I could build a bridge. God encouraged me to do so and I trusted in this.

It's been a couple of days since being rebuffed and the sting is just now wearing off enough that I can write about it. I feel like a spurned teenager. I was only looking for a friend. God showed this person to me, encouraged me to reach out...told me repeatedly that it was time for me to start getting more involved in the world again.

Much of this journey has been about learning to trust God and rebuilding self-confidence. Now, though, I feel absolutely crushed and betrayed by God. I don't want any more 'lessons'. I REALLY don't want any more lessons. I don't want any of this anymore.

Edit: God is like a seriously shitty flight instructor who causes you to go down in flames every time you head out. As you, once again, extricate yourself from the burning twisted wreckage, he just slaps you on the back and says, "Well, it makes you stronger."

Only, it doesn't.

How can I stop myself from getting back in the plane with God?
