On Amazing Tales CT: Cleaning up CT’s polluted rivers. The Naugatuck was considered the worst, but lawsuits against New Britain’s discharges into Piper Brook and Danbury’s use of the Still River, started the turn around that led to the Clean Water Act. The podcast URL is in the comments
