10' - Bit of a sloppy start by both teams with neither having full control of the game. USA slightly better.
11' - Long range shot by Jorge Sanchez goes wide.
17' - Mexico with a couple of good attacking plays, missing the final pass.
19' - Destinho with some silky dribbling.
22' - After a great play, Pulisic terribly misses a one-on-one sitter against Ochoa. Clearest goal scoring chance of the game.
26' - Weak shot from Pulisic off the free kick. Easy for Ochoa
36' - Yellow Card for Uriel Antuna (MEX) after a foul
44' - Mexico tries to respond but USA's defense has had a good performance so far
45' - Two minutes of added time
Halftime: The US has been the better team so far and go to halftime with a deserved lead.
2nd Half kickoff - No changes for the 2nd half on either side. Same 22 on the pitch.
52' - Reyna with the lofted pass to Pulisic with a weak header that's easy to catch for Ochoa
53' - Subs for Mexico. Santi Gimenez replaces Henry Martin. Ozziel Herrera comes in for Jesus Gallardo
54' - Great low cross by Antuna but no one from Mexico was able to get to the ball in time
59' - Yellow card for Israel Reyes (MEX) after a foul on Reyna
60' - Santi Gimenez (MEX) and Antonee Robinson (USA) gets a yellow card for protesting/arguing
61' - Things get more heated as the referee starts losing control of the game.
63' - Yellow card for Miles Robinson (USA) after a foul.
63' - Great cross from Luis Chavez and Edson Alvarez can't connect in the box, even though the play was marked for offside.
68' - Mexico begins to have more possession of the ball as they find a way back in this game.
70' - RED CARD: Tensions flare as Cesar Montes gets sent off for a nasty kick.
71' - Another Red Card: McKennie also gets sent off!
73' - After that shitshow, it is now 10 v 10.
74' - Subs for the US. De La Torre replaces Reyna. Pepi replaces Balogun
76' - INCREDIBLE. After a bad giveaway from Turner, Antuna somehow misses what was basically an open net! Gimenez was offside on the initial play, but still what a miss.
80' - More subs. For the US, Brenden Aaronson and Walker Zimmerman come in for Tim Weah and Miles Robinson. For Mexico, Gerardo Arteaga comes in for Antuna.
83' - Mexico Sub: Sebastian Cordova comes in for Orbelin Pineda
85' - MORE REDS. Sergino Dest and Gerardo Arteaga both get sent off. Now McKennie and Dest will miss the Nations League final against Canada. It is now 9v9
87' - USA Sub: Joe Scally replaces Christian Pulisic
88' - Pulisic gets a yellow for simply giving the captain's armband to his teammate. Ref has completely lost the plot.
90' - Now play has stopped due to Mexico fans yelling the chant.
90+1' - Qatar World Cup stoppage time has been applied. 12 additional minutes.
90+6' - Mexico pushes for a late goal.
90+7' - Ref decides to end it early.
