This is just a heads up to anyone planning to return to Madison via Van Galder bus from the usual Bus Shuttle Center pick-up site at O'Hare. I learned today that -- although signage still directs you to the same old site across from the Hilton -- you now actually have to board the ATS airport train to the MMF multi modal facility, out past Terminal 5. Once at the MMF, regional buses will load from the street level from stalls 5, 6, and 7. It's super inconvenient and just a total pain. And the lack of communication about this major change is pretty remarkable. Or maybe it's just me.
