No hate to Yolanda but every scene she was in was she had to repeat one of these lines- 1. ’I only have this much gas in my tank’ *pinches fingers together. 2. ‘I’m a woman of integrity’. 3. ‘I’m not well’. 4. ‘David is wonderful’. 5. ‘Do you think anyone wants to be this sick?’. I’ve met cancer patients that didn’t moan half as much as she did in S6. I’m not doubting she was unwell, but I really felt that she used her illness as a shield in her scenes. ‘I don’t need your pity but have empathy cause I’m ill’, I totally get the whole Munchausen situation cause she was really sending out mixed signals. She could barely manage a sip of water at the lunches but then goes on a boat with David, gets vit C iv drips, aligning her energy, removing teeth fillers etc. I did read up on Lyme disease and it effects ppl differently, but Yolanda’s case and her symptoms seem pretty terrible. I do concede however that perhaps Yo was also a victim to the shows bad editing. In conclusion, S6 Yolanda was only there to pick up a pay check and Lyme was her way of doing the least amount of airtime without getting axed from the show.
