Anyone else here work on the Aetna side of CVS?? Man I thought we had it bad but I think we actually may be tied. Yall are cut back on hours and they expect one person to do the work of three. The insurance side we are so micromanaged I know for sure its like that in my friends dept and mine. Like a sup just told her team yesterday that if their computer takes longer than 5 minutes to boot up then they need to get on earlier but can't clock in until their time, she also said she will give you a 1 minute grace period on coming back from lunch and you can't get off the phone until it is time for you to leave. She also then said you can't work overtime unless it's approved but with that said what happens when you get that hour long call one minute before you clock out? That's an hour of overtime and it messes with your metrics and causes you to do bad for the day. So when I first started working here I was hired for a different dept and a month into training they pulled 3 of my classmates and put them in a different dept and then the next month put us in a different one too. They had over hired like 400 something people. My friend also just got out of another training where 200 people were trained to help a dept that only has 13 people in it because they are so far behind on their duties. I have noticed that they let the brown nosers do whatever they want and give people wrong information all day everyday and they get to be SME's but the one's who actually do their job and stick the the Heart at work behaviors never get recognized only get told what they are doing wrong and need to fix. I thought this was going to be a good company to work for but I realized they don't care about their employees one bit. The only thing they care about is how they are goingt to screw over the next provider by not paying them, their appeals "not" being received, or by not fully trainging the employees so the employees make data entry mistakes. Trying to get help with insurance is a joke as well since we are supposed to have a dedicated team to help us find providers yet they don't want to do their job. A reasonable accomodation is a joke all the way around. I know it took one person 8 months to get one and now they are violating her ADA rights because they make her report everymove to like 3 or 4 different people. Noone ever knows what is going on so you get told 3 or 4 different things and you get in trouble for it. You can get knoced off on your quality for being to nice to a provider and having a conversation while you are doing your work instead of having dead air or placing them on hold. I think that is the stupidest thing ever. Oh by the way I also think they are in Khootz with OnDemand with them not wanting to pay us our money and having a "glitch". One last thing I HATE CVS HEALTH/ AETNA it is HELL!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the long rant I just needed to get it off my chest!!!
