As the SEC crackdown continues so does the sell off of AMP. Of all of the alt coins I believed AMP to have true utility and potential. At this point I will just start playing music like the band on the titanic and go down with the ship. How did we get here? Too many ‘soons’, silence from Tyler, and lack of roadmap to successful use case didn’t help and now the overwhelming force of the SEC to drive us closer to the extinction of AMP.

Ladies and gentlemen, if this is truly it I hope those of who can get out fairly unscathed do so and to those who can’t my heart and sympathy go out to you as we continue to plunge further into the dark abyss of fiscal collapse of this project.

This is not FUD, this is reality.

How will Ampera achieve free-free payments?

Discussion

In the L4L video Tyler makes the case that he believes fee-free payments to merchants is possible, but also says all fees remain in the ecosystem. Does anybody understand how he intends to achieve this? I can understand not paying fees for collateral if the merchant posts its own... but there is still a cost to exchanging tokens for USD (or any other currency). So maybe fee-less payments is only possible if the merchant is receiving the same currency as the sender AND posts their own collateral?

Any thoughts about how Flexa/Ampera might achieve this goal? And what do you think it would mean for Amp whose value depends on earning fee revenue.
