I recently added Clio Grow to my practice. I've used manage for years, and am to the point where I need help managing intakes.

Waiting Time in Zoom Scheduling Court?

If you spend around 1.2 hours online with a scheduling court (civil) waiting to be called upon and then spend 0.1 with the judge and the opposing lawyer - how much do you bill (corporate defendant client)?

Also, I know it's Zoom at a desk, but you have to keep the sound on and listen to everyone else's issues - so don't think it's practical to do other billable work while waiting.

Bill it all and cut in half?

How much are you paying for Bloomberg Dockets? Or Westlaw dockets?

Searching for good sample briefs on there can really be a life savor. But now that I’m working for myself instead of a big firm, I don’t have access to any that anymore.

Does anyone here rely on either of those services and mind sharing how much it costs?

I just want to know if there’s any way I can still afford it

For associate hiring, when doing callbacks (think 4-6 attys) on a "hiring committee," is unanimous opinion on a candidate a thing, or does Seniority weigh out?

Just curious...more so for BigLaw/MidLaw.
