Hello, so im not sure if this is the place to post this so let me know. So i know that you usually dont get unemployment from quitting but hear me out. So ive been working with this company for more than a year now and it has been a difficult experience to be honest. There has been many times through out the year where the bosses/schedule manager have been very unprofessional. Any argument with the Scheduler would have me taken off the schedule for weeks, happened a couple times like right now. I had asked for a sick day the morning before my shift and the scheduler manager had spammed me calls throughout the day although he accepted the sick day, i couldnt answer because i wasnt feeling well and went to a therapist which diagnosed me with depression, later that same night i received an email removing all my shifts of the week due to not answering him on my SICK day, i didnt receive any hours for the next schedule either. I would be receiving heavy backlash for any error i would make while i work even if it's not something i learned during training. I have had some embarassing incidents which the bosses would then tell everybody that is employed, we are not that many so most of us know eachother so i feel constant shame when employees would laugh at me with pictures of me sleeping on a shift after i hadnt slept the night before. Random employees i barely knew would come to me having a laugh about the pictures only my boss is supposed to have, i would be guilted and blamed for a lot of the errors the Scheduler makes, i could go on and on and if someone could genuinely help i'd be happy to give you more information to clarify my situation, i hope anyone will be kind enough to help me with this. I forgot to add that i have been paid under the actual salary for over 6 months, accumulating for over 1500$ missing in my slip pays, is there something i can do about that?
