Maybe time to load up your bags.
Usually surfing around during spare time and track wallets when something interesting is going on. Had found the tinyman hack wallet and the first transaction that started the hack in the goBTC pool early during that attack and still keeping an eye on them.

Following the fund flows, this is highly likely Binance's Algorand cold storage. Outflows of Algorand from one of the known Binance wallets have been high, which drained the "hot" wallet that all these funds moved to eventually.
So perhaps people are now loading up their bags and taking Algo off the exchange, at least from Binance.
If there are more outflows in next few days, that perhaps means the sellers have run out of steam and the AGLOers are now scooping up the ALGO and getting it off the exchanges.
Perhaps we may look back at today and see that it indeed was a HAPPY birthday. Let's AGLO!
Edit - more sleuthing looks a little more complicate, will post findings when done.
