So CardanoCrocsClub has been doing a lot of interesting things in their community. They came out with an exchange. https://nitter.net/usdc4exchange/status/1664984664107302913#m
I was able to swap ADA for ETH; granted it's one of those send ADA to address, and put in receiving address ERC-20, Arbitrum, BEP2 BEP20 and Optimism options.
Why is this cool?
I swapped ADA for ETH (ERC-20) and used orbiter.finance to get the ETH over to polygon to buy some cone. Took roughly 20mins, I say roughly as I took a shower during the ada to eth and then was distracted by this post when moving eth over to polygon network to buy cone.
But pretty cool for any ADA holders looking to pick up cone.
A testament to what a strong community and great dev team can do.
I can't reiterate enough how important a strong community is, anybody reading this right now (not looking back from the future) is super early in Cone.

Also, they support a ton of tokens and this isn't synthetics, bridged or wrapped.
