A few days ago I wrote about losing my headphones and that they were valued to me for pracfical fiscal reasons but also meant something else deeper (regarding self care).

I accidentally left them in an Uber. Remarkably 2 days later they were returned to me. I put out the intention to have them back and it worked!

It’s understood that sometimes when we lose things it’s an energetic thing. I was certainly feeling down that day and was grateful that when I changed my vibration and let go, trusted and set the desire and visualised it, it worked. Just want to share 🙏😊 in case anyone else needs a little encouragement.

Mind you, these headphones are worth $600. This was the first time I invested that much in great audio. Thrilled I know I now deserve to have it (believe that self doubt was the root of losing it).

I love You all and if anyone has any questions please ask. I’m now turning this philosophy to my entire existence because I know it is real.

Practicing manifestation is making me depressed

I have researched a lot about the Law of Attraction, and through people's success stories, I decided to try it for myself. There have been times when it worked for me, like manifesting my crush to follow me on Instagram or getting free drinks. However, it seems like most of the time it doesn't work for me. There is a specific thing I am trying to manifest, and I have been using subliminals, visualizing, scripting, and believing it will happen. I have seen signs that my manifestation is going to happen, and I get so close, yet it ends up not happening which has been on three occasions already. I don't think I can take the disappointment anymore. It's really demoralizing to keep getting my hopes up, thinking it's going to happen, and then it doesn't, especially when it's something I have really wanted for a long time. This has happened multiple times now, and each time it makes me feel depressed. I don't know how much more disappointment I can take. It makes me lose more faith each time, and since I have had more failures than successes, it makes me feel like my successes were just coincidences. Any advice?

Success story

Been doing Joe Dispensa meditations for a week - and results have been great!

Joe Dispensa has always been on my radar, but I didn't really deep dive into his work until a few weeks ago. I listened to a few podcasts, watched his series on Gaia and started reading 'Becoming Supernatural'. Last week I bought his morning and evening meditation mp3s and have committed to the morning one (I often miss or fall asleep during the evening one!) every single day.

And the results have been pretty incredible. His meditations generally focus on getting your brainwaves into an alpha-theta state - basically, the point where your subconscious can be 'hacked' and then visualising your intended future with the emotions behind it. Some of the things that have happened have been too specific to my situation to be relevant here, but others have included:

- An overwhelming number of positive, uplifting interactions with strangers. You know when you walk away from an interaction with a little buzz, so much of that

- Much more compassion with my thoughts towards myself and others.

- I have been visualising a trip I want to take at Christmas, but the tickets have so far been way out of my budget. This week a new flight route opened up with affordable tickets.

- I have also been visualising the feeling of feeling good about my finances. I had an unexpected lump sum come to me last week that allowed me to pay a credit card off.

- I gained weight last month. I visualised the scales going down, and they did

- My personality tends towards not being very confident - especially when it comes to dating and my body image. I've been visualising myself with a feeling of total self-confidence and at ease with myself. A romantic interest has been in touch with me loads over the last week, and I've noticed more general attention from people I find attractive.

If something does not work out does it mean it's not the right decision?

Hi folks, as we know that nothing is a coincidence, my question is that if something does not work for example I want to buy a plane ticket and payment site keeps crashing or I want to book a course and my payment fails again due to technical errors or anything like that, do I take this as a sign I should not take this road? It can be a genuine error in technology but now I am sceptical. What is your view? I am new to teachings of Abraham so maybe you can help me out here.
