I guess it's time... I used the Rinkeby testnet when I first started learning solidity and smart contract deployment.

For those that don't have a twitter account, here is the author's post:
The Rinkeby testnet had a good 6 year run. I made it to replace Ropsten and I specced out Clique through it. It was an essential testbed for fixing a slew of Geth bugs from data propagation to mining. Many DoS attacks have been detected through it too.

It does hurt somewhat that we have to leave it behind, but there's a time to add new things and there's a time to remove old ones. Hopefully the time of 1 team maintaining a test network is over and we can look forward to more robust setups going onward.

I'm seeing a lot of buzz a while back about the Lens.xyz network, and how it was in limited onboarding mode. I'd love to get involved now it's been around a while, and write some deep tech content, but not sure how to get on there.

Anyone have any insights or invites?
