Share/submit/view best Steam Deck Game Settings for Diablo 4 for Steam Deck.
Important! Diablo 4 is currently NOT available on Steam and is NOT officially Deck Verified. Diablo 4 is available through Activision Blizzard's Battle.net launcher (which can be installed on Steam Deck via Lutris through desktop mode in SteamOS).
WindowCentral has a nifty guide here on how to install Diablo 4 + Lutris on Steam Deck:

Problem: Battle.net launcher says there is an update. Attempts to update result in a black screen, apparently locking up. Subsequent runs (at the time of this post) continue to allow Battle.net to restart normally and games (at least OW2) are continuing to run. Attempts to update will result in temp folders and files being created without clean up, taking away precious disk space.
Solution: None yet. But attempts to update, install over the top - may result in a Battle.net "corruption" that will leave your launcher constantly trying to update (startup loop) or claim the Agent is asleep loop - meaning you cannot start any game. This happened before and those that weren't trying to fix it got to continue playing a lot longer than those that monkied around with it.
If you're not experiencing issues, backup your proton prefix RIGHT NOW. Just in case.
Short Version: Much like before, a Battle.net Agent update appears to be hanging the upgrade process. This is not a new event - we've had it happen before. Currently the update appears "optional", but at some point, it may be "required" and that's when we're all out of luck.
Long Version: On the PC, the "latest" versions of client and Agent are 2.211.2.14215 and 2.27.7.8209 - at least that's what mine says and NO update is queued. On Deck, the client is the same, but the Agent is actually showing HIGHER here - 2.30.7.8279. Either this is a rolling update that only affects 2.30.7.8279 (which apparently is inaccurately reporting an update is needed) - or there is something weird going on elsewhere.
It is possible that some folks got a "bad Agent" update (2.30.x) before it was "pulled" and this Agent build has issues - which might explain why my PC has an older build with NO requests for updates.
Please contribute any data, experiences, thoughts below and I'll suck them into this top level post as we go.
