I paid nearly 3k for my x17 r1 at the time and honestly it has some of the worst sound I’ve ever heard out of a laptop. The speakers are utter garbage. My speakers aren’t broken btw they just suck. Even with balancing the EQ it sucks. I like the speakers on a razer blade 17 far far better and don’t get me started on the amazing speakers in my MBP M1 Pro 14”. Those things are amazing. Dell should at least put the speakers found in the XPS 15 and 17, those are pretty decent. I don’t understand how they can cheap out so badly on speakers in such an expensive laptop. It’s fucked up. Am I alone in this??
