I have seen a lot of people who regard Andrew Tate and similar figures as male role models. One of the biggest reasons is that they can't find good male role models.
In my opinion, there are plenty of of much better male role models. In terms of the physical aspect and the grind, figures such as David Goggins and Jocko Willink come up. Also don't athletes such as Usain Bolt, Mo Farah and Michael Jordan count?
With regards to the finance side, there are much better role models. The first person that comes to mind is Warren Buffett. He has a lot of good long term investing advice (such as investing in the SP500). In addition, it is much more sustainable unlike Tate with his Bugattis. Another example of a person who created wealth is Li Ka Shing. There is an insightful video about his watch, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wDr9_4cUWc).
there are many men from different background make much better role models than the manosphere influencers from politicians such as Sir Seretse, Jigme Singye Wangchuck, Clement Attlee and Lee Kuan Yew, to influencers and artists such as PewDiePie and Junji Ito. You can always look at historical figures such as Liu Bei, Yi Sun Sin and Lech Walsea as good role models. I think people who are manosphere fans should take a deeper look at other role models, especially throughout history.
