Recently I was talking to my dad and my uncles. They're Boston Fans, but they aren't as technical as I am when it comes to knowing the sports. I brought up the quote "Shooters shoot" for an example of why I said Steph carried their offense the way he did. Steph got open, consistently and he just kept shooting the ball no matter what situation he was in and his teammates knew that.. IMAGINE GIVING UP A WIDE OPEN THREE IN EXCHANGE FOR A CONTESTED STEPH THREE That is exactly What Gary Payton ll did, I remember it. It was kind of hilarious honestly.

Now of course, nobody else can be Steph. Look at somebody like Klay Thompson or James Harden who can shoot the ball all day long, but they might not make it. Klay is a key player in that sense, dude keeps shooting and he'll be the coldest mf on the court. All of these guys I've mentioned shoot threes a lot, and chances are they practice them MUCH more than they shoot them. And yet, they all just get hit a cold spot. Steph, and Steve Kerr are guys I look at and say "I want him to shoot anyway" because Kerr probably isn't going to miss and Steph is Steph.

Klay at this point, in the NBA isn't somebody I'd say is necessarily is a Great Shooter anymore, I would honestly say there are a decent amount of shooters I'd pick over Klay as of right now in the NBA. But I want to know what you all would say is a Great Shooter at this point. Somebody who keeps shooting, or somebody who shoots occasionally but has a high hit rate? Because both can get a lot of attention for being a great shooter.
