NBT tag to make block not drop when broken?

Is it possible to give a block or more specifically a decorated pot an NBT tag, or tag of some kind which makes it not drop anything when broken? Say if the pot was created with a custom crafting recipe.

Essentially I want to make it so that a pot crafted doesn't drop anything because the custom recipe is way to use a single sherd endlessly but only to make a pot with one decorated side. It's a compromise idea between me and my friend about sherd renewability and their value. The compromise makes them usable for mass decor but keeps their value which I like.

Sorry if this isn't possible with just data packs and would require a mod, ideally server side? But thank you for any help with this!

I made an achievement system that connects to your browser

I made an achievement system for my map Operation Daybreak, it connects your single player world to your browser using URL arguments, the way this was achieveable was by having the browser end base64 decode it then read the true or false values, storing them to the localstorage so they stay. Then I just check if any new ones have been unlocked and play a smooth animation. That's a pretty brief idea of it a lot more goes on behind the scenes.
