Does anyone have any idea why I can't seem to get correct geth
execution results? Even simple eth_call or eth_getBalance
does not seem to give the result. For example, alchemy works:
curl --request POST \
--url https://eth-mainnet.alchemyapi.io/v2/<my-key> \
--header 'accept: application/json' \
--header 'content-type: application/json' \
--data '
{
"id": 1,
"jsonrpc": "2.0",
"method": "eth_getBalance",
"params": [
"0x4E66C4FDc45A05a3df9b0b868288b878EF94df67",
"latest"
]
}'
{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"result":"0xe647d88ed924364"}%
but my node doesn't:
Any stories of people getting slashed while using Lido ?
In LIDO website, it says i could loose all 100% of my staked ETH. that's sound scary, i don't know how people are staking so much...
If i staked ETH, can i really loose it all if a validator get slashed ?
LIDO article : https://help.lido.fi/en/articles/5230603-what-are-the-risks-of-staking-with-lido
EDIT : i'm talking about LIDO in my thread as and example but i believe this is a concern for any other alternative like rocketpool.I'm aware of decentralization concerns, but the this thread is about Slashing as a risk in general in any pool.
