Let’s pour out one for all of the pets we’ve seen on CM. Especially the ones that pop up only once or twice and then magically disappear into the plot hole abyss.
I’ll start!
RIP to Derek’s dog Clooney, who popped up once for the season 1 CIA episode, and was clearly left out to roam freely while Derek was gone and with no sign of a dog sitter. 😑
Shout out to Sergio, who was around enough to conveniently play pretend as Prentiss’ fake boyfriend and be tossed around from home to home during her undercover work.
I recently just got into criminal minds and I was wondering if there’s an episode where they get the reason why the unsub is doing whatever they’re doing wrong? Like the unsub is correct but the motive is wrong so the unsub is just like “what? That’s not what it’s like at all”
WHY DID NO ONE WARM ME ABT S1 EP 14
IM STILL CRYING
In the early seasons, JJ goes through files and chooses which one the team should look at. As long as they're invited by that county's/states police force
Then in the later seasons, Garcia gets given cases directly via email/phone alerts. In one episode it says it came from The Director.
When did this change ? Was it in season 7 when JJ came back as a profiler or was it before ? I can't remember
What scene/situation/episode in the whole series gave you the most suspense?
(Doesn't necessarily have to be an end-of-the-season cliffhanger.)
I saw a Spencer Reid video on TikTok. There is a black lady hooker in a chair at a police station (I think), and she made a comment to Reid about how he’s cute, or she’d show him a good time..something along that line. I’d like to see the episode. The only episodes with hookers I can find is the blonde call girl that bonded with Hotch, Angels, and the one with the kid who was trying to fight his urges to kill them. It’s not much to go on, so if you don’t know, it’s totally fine. But I thought it couldn’t hurt to ask. 😀
Guys im searching for an episode where the killer carries around the dead body of (from what i remember) his sister and he kills his victims by hanging them.
What moment in criminal minds mad you the happiest
Hi guys I know this is criminal minds but I can't find it. There is an epidoe where I believe Derek goes to a psychiatric hospital of a victim who has escaped and he is evaluating to see if she could testify, but as the story goes on you realise she was suffering from Stockholm syndrome and was a willing participant the whole time. Its about women being abducted I believe.
Season 3-7 are regarded as some of the best on here, but what is another one that stands out?
Now, I'm not looking to start any argument here. I'm sincerely looking for other people's opinions on this, that's all. I'm not saying that I am correct with how I feel, and that anyone who disagrees with me is completely wrong. Not at all! If you want to tell me how wrong I am, please feel free to do so.
That being said, whichever episode it is where they divulge Kate's (Jennifer Love Hewitt) backstory. I'm not going to get into the details, but I have a very personal connection to 9/11. So, for me, Kate losing her sister in the 9/11 attacks really pissed me off. I'd like to hear your opinions about this. Again, maybe it's just me, but the show creating fictitious people who died in the 9/11 attacks was seriously wrong. For those of us who actually lost someone on that horrible day, it really makes me angry that they would create fictitious victims of the worst day in our nation's history. They could've easily come up with a different backstory.
Go easy on me, but please let me know if you think I'm overreacting.
EDIT: OK, I'm not suggesting that all TV shows refrain from bringing up 9/11. That's not what I'm trying to say. My point is that there is no need to create fictitious victims. Talking about it, especially in shows set in New York, is fine. I'm good with that because, as someone pointed out, if it's done right, it can be very respectful to those who were lost.
Okay so this might not make sense but let’s give it a whirl. It’s an episode where they are all in different departments. Garcia is in a department and there’s a lady she works with that helps her at the end while she is trying to chase a case. She brings other members of the team on board. It might be a case related to photos of women in different stages of death like alive then dead. If anyone can decipher my crappy memory flashes I would appreciate it :)
Idk we can discuss so disclaimer for anything past season 1.
Do you guys think it would be awesome if like Gideon or David decided that getting a BAU dog (a Golden, Border Collie, or German Shepard.) more like an ESA bc lord knows every single person on the team needs dog lovins once in a while. I think his/her tag should say "whenever you feel anxious, lost, angry, or sad take me on a walk" (secretly Hotch would be the one hoarding the time taking the dog home to Jack, Morgan and JJ would be the ones running with him/her and Garcia would have the dog sitting at her feet during cases she stayed behind at the BAU) 🤣🖐️ im sorry i thought it was like the cutest idea bc I felt like "damn every single 1 of these mf need a therapy dog"
do we know what dog breed Clooney (Derek's dog) is? I always picture him as a bloodhound, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on it
just started another rewatch and in ep 6 of season 1 reid is trying to pass his firearm qualification and hotch tells him that gideon once said “you don’t need a gun to kill someone” and reid says he doesn’t get it. later reid ends up shooting an unsub, perfect shot btw especially in the circumstances, and reid tells gideon that he gets it now. ik this is going totally over my head but how does this make sense. reid literally killed the guy with a gun so..?
I’m on my first watch so no spoilers please.
I know that girl UnSub is bad for killing people/men. But did anyone else feel bad for her? ngl I felt bad for her backstory and reason for killing, and also her ending.
I'm trying to find an episode some things I remember are
-it was an earlier season
-
there were three girls -I think one was named Shelia -two of them also had to do something to the 3 person
I absolutely loved her in criminal minds, but seeing her without hen (9-1-1) felt weird.
Both are cute couples I just might be a little bias because I started 9-1-1 first and because 👭
I probably just noticed this because I am an “Abby,” but in Seasons 3 & 4, they use the name “Abby” at least 5 or 6 times for unsubs/victims/associated people. It has bothered me since the first time I watched it and I just wanted to know if I was being crazy.
Does anybody know the number of lost BAU agents?
i don't understand why the bau didn't suspect foyet until they found out about who he was with in the car.
i know that later in the show hotch mentions how he should've known it was foyet because a survivor doesn't make sense in the profile but why did no one question that he was stabbed? all other male victims were shot point blank in the head and it was never even mentioned that it wasn't the same for foyet, despite it being a major clue.
i understand it would have made it too easy but they could have written the team to think that due to the more violent nature of foyet's "attack" the unsub had a personal connection or something. was it ever explained why they never brought it up (or maybe they did bring it up and i'm not remembering?) or was it just a case of poor writing?
also wondering why foyet was stupid enough to lie about a detail that would not have pointed towards him if discovered when he was so smart about everything else. there was literally no reason for him to lie about the woman he was with and claim they were about to be engaged.
i guess her being young could have been the reason he lied since iirc that was part of the profile but i also feel like him dating a college student and the bau knowing wouldn't have been enough for them to suspect him. it's not like it's rare for men to want to be with younger women.
and foyet also seems smart enough to line up his m.o the same for each crime so i don't understand why he wouldn't just take the time to stab the other men even if it wasn't gratifying for him. those are two extremely stupid things to do and one of them led to him being caught whereas everything else he did showed intelligence. i know that arrogance was his undoing but it doesn't seem as though that's what these choices were fueled by.
please lmk if the tags and everything are right i have quite literally never made a post on reddit before lol
y'all idk if I made this up, but was there an episode where a kid like goes missing or something from a high school party. I want to say that was how the ep started but idk fs. Also I think a lot of ppl at the party thought that all the other teens were joking when they said someone was now gone.
thanks
