Police Records (do not use this form)
All Bozeman Police Department records are maintained by the Gallatin County Records department, a division of the Gallatin County 911 Communications Department.The Records department is inside the main lobby of the Law & Justice Center at 615 South 16th Ave. They can be reached at 582-2005 and are open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM seven days a week, but closed on holidays.

County Records (do not use this form)
Gallatin County manages birth and death records, as well as conveyances (transfers of interest in real property). Please contact the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder's Office for these records.
