Need some advice. I personally just buy VEQT all day everyday. But I was wondering if I should start investing into REITs. If I'm super comfortable with 100 VEQT portfolio, should I consider mixing in REITs? I'm only asking because I read that REITs are big on dividend yields and good for extra income.

ENB vs PPL

In the few months I've been hanging here and learning how to invest, ENB seems to be in a lot of folks portfolios, and $50 seems to be the buy number (tho maybe not until the Wisconsin judge rules.)

So, I did some checking and (tried to) read the financials. Is Enbridge really that solid? Pembina puts out better numbers (except for div yield - and that spread isn't enough to make the decision) and has similar performance, to the best of my abilities to analyze.

Am I wrong?
