Being rude or offensive is not a productive means of communication. This includes, but isn't limited to:
- Laughing at people asking questions
- Personal attacks.
- Calling other people stupid, dumb, thick, etc.
This sub's visitors and mod's primarily speak English as the common language. We will remove all non-English posts and comments.
Reddit can easily become cluttered on some platforms. To keep the sub easy to read, and to keep solutions easy to find, the following things are restricted.
- Crash reports
- *.log files
- server.properties
- Long/complex commands
- Long (10+) mod lists.
We won't provide support to people who are found to be pirating the game.
E.g;
- Using a pirated copy of Minecraft.
- Asking for advice on pirating Minecraft.
- Recommending pirated/cracked software as a fix.
- Running a server in offline mode without a valid reason. This reason must be included in your post.
Messages sent direct to moderators will be ignored. This includes chat requests. If you need to get in touch with us, use the message the mods link in the sidebar.
Support requests in modmail will be ignored, and you may be muted from modmail for up to 28 days.
Examples of time wasting include;
- Not replying to comments on your post.
- Providing nonsense replies.
- Not providing relevant info that's asked for.
- Deleting your post, after a solution has been provided.

Only post Minecraft support related content. If you aren't looking for help with something, you shouldn't be posting here. Posts/comments breaking this rule will be removed.
To do this, select "Solved" from the flair selection menu.
Posts that are caused by verified bugs should be marked solved.
Mods reserve the right to mark post solved as necessary. For example:
- Where a user has said "thanks" or similar, but not marked the post solved.
- If the post is deleted by OP without marking it solved.
- Where the post hasn't been solved in a timely manner, and there's a clear solution posted.
Reposts are allowed, as long as your post follows the guidelines below:
- 48 hours have passed since you made your original post.
- You have answered all questions on your original post, and left at least 12 hours for a reply.
When reposting, make sure the word "Repost" is included in the post title. A link to your original post should be included in the body of your repost.
Comments that don't follow this rule will be removed, and a warning issued.
Examples of these comments can be found here.
