Looks like it's OKC who promised Bilal to be drafted with 12th pick. Not Magic or Raptors.

Speculation has been rampant on who has given Bilal a promise and it seems it might be OKC instead of us.
We'll somehow still end up drafting a lengthy wing who can't shoot like Leonard Miller or Rayan Rupert if he's off the board.
