Habit stacking is a technique where you pair a new habit you want to adopt with an existing habit that is already ingrained in your daily routine. By doing this, you create a logical and convenient trigger for the new habit, making it easier to remember and integrate into your life.

For example, let's say you want to incorporate reading into your daily routine. If you already have a habit of having a cup of coffee in the morning, you can stack the new habit by deciding to read a few pages of a book immediately after you finish your coffee. The act of finishing your coffee serves as a natural cue to engage in the reading habit.

By leveraging existing habits as reminders, habit stacking increases the likelihood of successfully incorporating new behaviors into your routine. It helps streamline your efforts and eliminates the need for relying solely on willpower or memory.

So, identify the habits you already have and find creative ways to stack new habits onto them to make positive changes in your productivity and daily life.
