My 2 cents on this is to wait if you are able to. The APR is high right now and IMO anything above 4.5% is too much.

That being said, we have no clue when it will drop again, so do what makes you happy.

Played this with my group recently and my aberrant mind sorcerer had a distinct advantage.

She was able to telepathicly communicate with another player to know how die rolls.

She still lost.

I work for a multi-billion dollar company, at a respectable position. You bet I took an entire week off earlier this month when I had to put my 14yo German Shepherd down.

My management was supportive and if they weren't I would be looking for another job.

It is completely ok. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

MyQ opener only works with sensors. My garage door doesn't have a remote or a sensor. it only works via the power going to that switch in the post.

All the ones I would find would be for regular garage doors and weren't compatible with it.

https://ddmgaragedoors.com/parts/part/OCCI-3.html is a link to a VERY similar switch to what I have.

I prefer not to use switchbots, and I only need open and close to be 'smart'

This opens a garage door that has no other controls or sensor.
