I have been ordering from Aritzia and spending lots of money with them from the beginning of time. Last December I ordered a pair of Vogue pants and returned and received an E-Gift Card as it was purchased during the Black Five Day sale. I have placed at least ten orders since. All of a sudden on May 2nd my orders start getting cancelled for no reason at all. Finally, after two weeks for back and forth Concierge says it because of a charge back from these Vogue pants. The problem is, I never filed a chargeback. I even checked my bank statements and called my bank and there is nothing. I know I never filed a chargeback, but I still did my due diligence by checking all these avenues.

I’m at a halt. What can I do? How do I maneuver around this? Aritzia has banned my account until I pay them the ballpark of $150 to reinstate my account. I am honestly so shocked. My friends know how much I spend at this store. It would be different if I actually filed a chargeback, but I never did and they have no proof of it. If someone has a similar situation who has rectified it or a staff member can advise, I would greatly appreciate it. This is laughable to me at this point in time.

If redditors don’t have advice on this topic, please suggest other stores I can give my money too. I have $$ and like my clothes. Thanks!
