Recreational drugs on small therapeutic dose?

I don't do recreational drugs often, recently started on 50mg Pregabalin but not really feeling it anymore so will need to increase soon, but I have no intentions of going beyond 150mg if can be avoided (avg starting dose for GAD).

I was wondering if it's ok to do things like cannabis and MDMA, maybe ketamine, on therapeutic doses of Pregabalin? This would be a once or twice a year max thing for me probably. Or if it should definitely be avoided?

Pregabalin to Gabapentin transition

Hey all, I need some advice about switching from Pregablin to Gabapentin. I have been taking 300mg Pregablin every night for the last 9ish months. I will no longer be able to get Pregablin and I only have 4 weeks worth at this point in time. I now have in my possession, 1 box of 100 x 100mg capsules of Gabapentin. How can I transition from preg to gab safely and with minimal discomfort? Thank you all kindly.

If it doesn’t work immediately will it not work ?

Was prescribed by pain doctor & have been taking for 10 days for nerve pain . So far no improvement in pain & wondering if this means it hasn’t worked or wondering whether to try longer - has anyone had improvement in pain after a while or only helps if felt right away ?

Pregabalin Dose GAD

Hello, I have been taking Pregabalin 50mg x3 daily for 2 weeks and am yet to see any really improvement for my anxiety. Is it worth increasing dose to see if this helps, has anyone had positive experiences for anxiety when increasing beyond this?
