So Sunday I was in Liberty village. Took the Go Train home to Durham region. On the train I lost my wallet.

I had an Air Tag in it so I was able to narrow down the building where it got to. Yep it was pick up and someone brought it home.

Assuming it was stolen I began the process of canceling cards, calling the ID protection etc etc. I also went to the building to see if it was dumped somewhere. Nope. Based on the AirbTag location I couldn’t get a really accurate spot, it was probably above ground level.

Any Monday keeps going and the credit company advised I should call the police again since I had a rough location for it. So I did.while talking to them I looked at the AirTag to get a building address and guess what. The wallet has moved to Union Station. West end (where lost and found is)

Called them and yes. They had the wallet

Best part. EVERYTHING was there. Every card, piece of ID and even over $150 in cash!

Here I am thinking it’s gone and some decent Toronto (Scarborough) resident took the time to return it.

So to the person who lives in the Parkvue Apartments in Scarborough Thank You. You have restored my faith in people. And your actions humbled me.
