BBBY almost certainly knew that DTCC / Cede & Co. had committed massive fraud, when agreeing to share the full equity holders list. I even think their Chapter 11 filings have been with the deliberate aim to expose naked short selling in a court of law.

Larry Cheng : For a VC firm, it makes sense to lose money 60%-70% of the time and make it up on the big winners. But I'd think founders would be more skeptical about having board members who lose money that frequently. VC firms have portfolios, founders don't - loss rate should matter in board member selection. Or at the very least, align with the investor on their underwriting philosophy as it will influence how they advise as a board member.
