Is it the case that the company who are doing the lights have bust, like the company doing the rest of the A27? I fnd it a bit mental how long it’s taking them to try and fix!

I am moving to West Durrington just on the border of Goring By Sea in Jan. I have just had a shock horror reading all of the posts online about how “dodgy”, “dangerous” and “unsafe” Durrington is!!!! Should I be concerned and stop the move??? Any advice would be much appreciated! Around the area of David Lloyd gym / Gorring train station area.
